Control Panel

All functions are controlled from within the truck cab for safety, ease of operation, and operator comfort. Gauges allow the operator to monitor components of the patching unit from within the cab.

Boom and Heated Spray Nozzle

Patented boom assures exact placement of patch material. Roadpatcher's exclusive tube stabilizer is the most precise, sturdy and reliable boom available.

Heated delivery nozzle incorporates a spray ring which provides a more uniform coating of aggregate for a superior patch.

Aggregate Feeder System

Non-bridging 2-speed conveyor feed system provides the most consistent and controlled flow of aggregate possible.

Vane Feeder

The aggregate is metered into the air stream by a NEW positive air-lock vane feeder. Vane feeders ensure consistent rock placement into the air stream so emulsion can evenly coat the aggregate. This creates the highest quality patch available and eliminates the problems associated with pressurized aggregate hopper systems.

Hopper

Large 6.5-cubic-yard capacity hopper holds enough aggregate for a full day's work and is easy to load.

Roll Tarp

All-weather roll tarp allows quick and easy access to the aggregate hopper for filling or checking aggregate level.

Auxiliary Engine

Optional auxiliary engine improves patching efficiency as much as 30% and enhances patch quality. Allows operator to easily move the unit while performing a repair.

Arrowboard

Safety arrowboard that directs traffic flow and ensures operator's security.
