Our Service Department offers full comprehensive preventive maintenance programs tailored to meet your specific needs!

A maintenance program may be set up quarterly, monthly, or to suit your particular schedule. Typical programs include:

1. Changing all oils and filters on the body.
2. Servicing all lubrication points.
3. Checking pump pressure and performance.
4. Checking hydraulic pressure and performance.
5. Checking vacuum system for performance.
6. Checking all safety features of the unit.
7. Inspection of all hoses, sewer, vacuum, and hydraulic.
8. Checking overall operation of the unit.
9. Minor adjustments of unit such as pressure, RPM, tightening of hoses or packings to stop leaks.
10. All full comprehensive report with a list of needed or recommended repairs.

We can perform most any service at either your facility or one of ours.

All of our Service Technicians are factory trained and certified by the manufacturers represented by Municipal Maintenance Equipment.

When you call in, in most cases Yvonne will schedule your service. Behind the scenes, she also handles a variety of other service-oriented tasks. These include coordinating the details of your repair prior to when it's scheduled to occur. For example, Yvonne is the person who confirms that we have the parts or other materials needed for the service project.
