Vac-Con® now installs a powerful controller area network (CAN) technology to the operating controls of the venerable Vac-Con® Combination Machine. Literally all machine functions are controlled by a central controller, which substantially reduces the complexity of the electronic and hydraulic systems. For example, this new system eliminates more than a mile of wire (really, it's not an exaggeration... 5300 feet for real!) and 124 wiring connections. And that's just for starters. This is all very exciting stuff for Vac-Con®, but you'll also want to check out what the Omnibus^TM Control System can do for you!

Twin-Axle V-230 Combination Machine

Vac-Con® also offers a twin-axle, 3.5 cubic yard combination machine, the model V-230.

This machine offers a 500-gallon water capacity, Hydrostatic drive and water system, dual lift system and much more.

Vac-Con® Hydrostatic Drive

Using the Vac-Con® chassis engine with hydrostatic drive for the vacuum is a more efficient system because it's less complicated. It also eliminates the need for cumbersome PTO, clutch and gearbox operation. It will allow the operator to focus on getting the job done. We don't believe you should have to work hard to make the machine work hard. Oh, and did we mention that water systems up to 4,000 psi are available and the boom rotates up to 270-degrees!

Mobile Wireless Remote

The mobile wireless remote has more functions than any other machine in the this class! Vac-Con® offers a wireless remote control system that enables the operator to work the following functions from remote areas (up to 1/2 mile away): chassis engine rpm, boom up, down, right, left, in, out, automatic vacuum breaker operation, dump controls up, down and hydraulic door locks.

The remote system is a skip frequency design that eliminates any type of interference with municipal or military single channel radios, cell phones and other electronic frequency devices.

Hot Shot machines are equipped with a self contained, non-corrosive, non-metallic water tank and can be operated by one man, with all operating controls for high-pressure water, hose reel, located at the front of the machine for ease of operation and more safety.
